CRS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
For riders looking for flexibility without sacrificing oversight, the CRS + Moto Anatomy Performance Program offers a fully integrated, self-paced system. Unlike traditional facility models that rely on high-volume motos and hope, this program uses heart-rate data, hydration metrics, sleep analysis, and recovery trends to drive every training decision.
Riders follow a purpose-built schedule blending speed work, late-race endurance, strength, nutrition, and recovery. Each week, athletes join Coach Robb for a live group performance call to evaluate data, identify performance roadblocks, and adjust training for continued progress.
PRICING:
$500 per month (USD)
Note: There is a one-time $200 development fee to produce your personalized digital performance report card charged on the first month of the program. No Long Term Contracts Note: $500 fee is charged the first day of each month on a credit card and requires a 30-day written notice of cancellation.

Designed around the same proven methodology as Coach Robb’s individual performance programs, this system brings structure, purpose, and accountability to every training day—eliminating guesswork and replacing it with objective indicators of speed, endurance, recovery, and overall performance.
Instead of simply burning fuel and riding until fatigued, riders follow a structured, purpose-driven weekly plan that blends sprint speed work, late-race endurance development, hydration strategies, nutrition protocols, strength training, and recovery metrics. Every session is supported by rider data: heart rate trends, sleep analysis, hydration status, training load, and recovery rates. These indicators remove the guesswork, ensuring each rider is progressing safely, building durability, and absorbing the work rather than pushing into illness, overtraining, or injury.
Each rider follows a weekly performance schedule that blends:
- On-bike speed development
- Late-race endurance protocols

- Fatigue management & recovery metrics
Every session is designed using physiological principles and supported by real-time data—including heart rate trends, hydration status, sleep metrics, and training load—ensuring the body absorbs the work and continues progressing safely.
