CRS AND NORA MOTORSPORT ANNOUNCES SELECTED MEMBERS FOR FIRST UK JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT TEAM
NORA Motorsport have teamed up with the USA’s top sports performance coach, Robb Beams, to bring Complete Racing Solutions to the UK. Following many discussions, NORA Motorsport director Roy Barton and Coach Robb discovered that they have very similar views on how to develop riders into potential World Championship contenders.
For the past 14 seasons, the Complete Racing Solutions Junior Development Complete High-Performance Amateur Motorsports Program (CHAMP), has transformed up and coming amateur riders into championship level racers through nutrition, mental and fitness performance programs. Since 2005, this scientifically proven program has been implemented with some of today’s top US amateurs and professionals including Ryan Dungey, Adam Cianciarulo, Jeremy Martin, Seth Hammaker, Jordan Bailey, Alex Martin, Stilez Robertson, Mike Witowski, and Logan Best.
At the recent MX Master Kids Championship race, NORA Motorsport and Complete Racing Solutions awarded the top two annual NORA license holders in each class a spot of the first UK CHAMP team aimed at the development of junior riders.

NOW OPEN FOR RESUMES – CRS ELITE TEAM SELECTION PROCESS
Applications closed until September 2025 for the 2026 race season.
In addition to our scouting efforts throughout 2024, we are pleased to announce that we are now accepting resumes for the 2025 Complete Racing Solutions (CRS) Elite Team, in both motocross and off-road teams. Twenty (20) riders from all classes will be selected for each team. Selected riders for each team will receive performance training protocols for both on and off of the bike, nutrition and hydration counseling, injury prevention and flexibility protocols, discounts on Coach Robb’s Energy Fuel and nutrition products, and sponsorship benefits from all CRS partners. They will also have the opportunity to participate in a weekly team call directly with Coach Robb to discuss and answer any questions relevant to the program or any personal frustrations. New for 2025 will be the integration of our new suite of performance products and services, not found or available under any other training program.
Media Partners include Coach Robb Podcast, Cooksey Media, Johnny Hopper, Gypsy Tales, Main Event Moto, Splitline Off Road, Moto Aftermath, Transmoto, and Whiskey Throttle Media.
Team members will have the opportunity to train with CRS Elite Coaches found all around the United States. These coaches will be hosting six and eight-week performance camps specific to certain high-profile races throughout the year.
Applications will be reviewed and accepted beginning September 2, 2024. The deadline for applications is September 27, 2024, and riders will be notified of their sponsorship level by September 30, 2024. The program will start beginning Monday, October 7, 2024 and will run until August 31, 2025.
For the past 17 seasons, the CRS Amateur Development Program has transformed up and coming amateur riders into championship level racers through nutrition, mental, and fitness performance programs. The program was initiated as a means to re-invest into the sport by improving rider’s strength, endurance and overall speed. The vision was to take riders from 65 cc’s to a factory rig, as was the case with motocross riders Adam Cianciarulo, Jeremy Martin, Cullin Park, Stilez Robertson, Jordan Bailey, and Isaac Teasdale, and off-road riders Mike Witkowski, Charlie Mullins, Ben Parsons, and Roman Brown. CRS is proud to have 299 National #1 Amateur Titles and 4 AMA Pro Plates to its credit.
***NOTE*** If you have been on the team previously and have either been let go or dropped the program, please do not send in your resume as you will not be selected. If it doesn’t work out the first time it probably won’t get better the second time.
THANK YOU TO OUR 2024-2025 CORPORATE PARTNERS
