I had to reach out and just say thank you, you’ve helped me get out of a hole I put myself in, like many people that go to the doctors and complain about fatigue, night sweets, no sex drive I was told it’s just your depression, I have been so frustrated because I just felt that’s bullshit there is something more at play, after getting showed your podcast by a friend you where able to show me that I wasn’t crazy it was adrenal fatigue, after making a lot of adjustments to my lifestyle I feel like a new man, I have my energy back I’m Calmer my mood is great.. you’ve taught me to listen to my body and not just try and bulldog your way through the fatigue and depression.. funny thing is from me slowing down and not going a bull at a gate I’ve got faster on my road bike, stronger on my mountain bike and I can go longer on my moto.. this is something I have been frustrated by for years so to say I am happy to have found your podcast is an understatement.. Keep doing you Robb your helping people change there lives, once again many thanks.

What an epic race yesterday! I managed to take the win by 5.5 seconds! I had limited seat time leading up to this event but with all the training over the past weeks I felt pretty good. Nutrition was the best it has ever been, and my ability to move around on the bike was exceptional (due to the extra core exercises and foam rolling). A big high five to Coach Robb. This program has given me direction and motivation that will take me to the next level.

I had a great first race of 2019. I’m extremely happy with my physical conditioning. The last time I raced here my fastest lap was a 1:04, this time I hit a 1:02. The fact that I dropped 2 seconds over the winter while not riding is just a testament to Coach Robb at completeracingsolutions!

Five years ago I began riding and training to race motocross after a 10 year absence. It was during this time that I had a major crash that resulted in a complex open tib / fib fracture, tibial plateau (knee) fracture, both wrists, collarbone and rib fractures. I had been connected on social media with Coach Robb and listened to his podcasts during my recovery which literally lasted years. I slowly began riding again for fun with no intention of trying to race again. I had started mountain biking as part of my rehab / PT and was just enjoying being healthy, more mobile and finally stronger again. Coach Robb’s teaching of health and wellness coming before performance really resonated with me. I started thinking that maybe I would try racing again and connected with him for an assessment. After much consideration and communication I joined the program and it was the best decision I could have made. Not only did he help me with getting physically prepared to race my first MX race in over 10 years, he helped me with the many mental hurdles of riding and racing after all that I had been thru. Along the way his program helped keep me healthy, and I met other goals along the way, such as PR’ing an annual Cross Country MTB race! I was finally mentally and physically prepared to race my first motocross race back and absolutely CRUSHED my expectations and goals. I really can’t thank you enough Coach!

I have been working with Coach Robb for 7 years… the level of fitness potential by working with Robb and following his weekly protocols that are specifically designed for you, is unbelievable. Earlier this year, I had to have shoulder surgery. Robb and I came up with a game plan of how we were going to keep my fitness at the same level that it was instead of sitting on the couch for all four months. Five days out of surgery I was doing bike rides on the spin bike, sometimes I would do two rides a day. I dotted the eyes and crossed the tees with everything Coach Robb, my therapists, and my doctors were asking me to do. Because of that, I was able to come back rested and recovered, earlier than the doctor anticipated! My fitness level maintained where it was before the injury, if not even better! I was ready to start training on the motorcycle again. I had six weeks to train for Loretta’s, but thanks to all my hard work off the bike I had no trouble going the 20 minutes and I was fighting for top 10 finishes every moto. I’m very pleased with how far I’ve come in the MotoE program and I can’t wait to make more progress. The only thing you have to do is listen and do your work… the results and progression will present themselves.

We have had the pleasure of working with Coach Robb for over a year now. This has been the best experience and produced the greatest outcomes. From learning how to eat healthy to gaining amazing stamina and speed. It is a great feeling to be able to come off the track after a moto and not be out of breath and ready to ride another 10 laps. Coach Rob is a wonderful support person in every aspect from physical, nutritional, mental and emotional. We couldn’t have done it with out you! Thank you MotoE.

I sweat a lot and your Energy Fuel keeps me hydrated and prevents a dehydration migraine!! It also replenishes potassium so I don’t have leg cramps! I love the stuff! I’ve given it to our High School football team and one of the bags in this order will go to the lady that helps us in the office. She loves working outside, sweats a lot too and is plagued with leg cramps at night. I think it will help her too! Thanks Coach Robb!

I have a Doctor of Chiropractic degree which means I had four years of various nutrition classes. Following Coach Robb’s Facebook page for the past year has made me realize that Robb is VERY well informed when it comes to training and nutrition. I truly think he should be “Dr. Robb”! Not to mention that I raced BMX bikes against him when we were 16 and 17 years old and I never was able to beat him!!!

I had the opportunity to compete in a Vintage Hare Scramble yesterday – a friend allowed me to borrow his 1986 CR250…I got 1st place in class and 6th overall in the race. It was a great confidence booster and solidified my trust in the training program. I was hammering down for 1 hour and 24 minutes and had great energy levels and was able to push all the way to the very end.

What I love about the Coach Robb program is that as a husband, father and career person with regular amounts of overtime my spare time to workout is limited, at times very limited so Coach Robb organizes my program to maximize the bang for the buck in the gym. I can set my mind at ease and just focus on enjoying my workouts of the day and not worry about should I do this or that. I can workout on my own and do okay or I can workout with Coach Robb and do great!!
