ASK COACH ROBB ANYTHING KNOWLEDGE BOT

Exclusive to CRS Members, the Ask Coach Robb Anything knowledge bot is a powerful, custom-built resource designed specifically around Coach Robb’s extensive expertise, articles, videos, speaking style, and deep understanding of moto and moto-specific physiology. It is trained exclusively on Coach Robb’s methodologies, including fitness, nutrition, hydration, flexibility, strength, mental development, and other topics directly related to the CRS Membership platform. Important Note: The bot does not pull any information from the internet.

The more our members engage with it, the smarter and more effective it becomes, as your input allows us to continually refine and expand its knowledge base.

Here are a few tips for asking effective questions:

  1. Be Specific and Clear
Frame your question with as much clarity and detail as possible. For example, instead of asking, “Tell me about arm pump,” specify what you’re interested in: “Can you tell me about the causes of arm pump?”
  2. Provide Context When Necessary
If your question depends on background information, include it in your query. For instance, instead of asking, “What should I do?” provide more context: “I’m considering two workouts—one on the bicycle and one the rower. What should I consider before deciding?”
  3. Ask One Question at a Time
Keep your questions focused and singular to avoid confusion. If you have multiple questions, break them down. For example, instead of asking, “How long should I warm up before a race?” first ask, “How do I warm up?” then follow up with, “What are a few good ways to warm up before a race?”
  4. Use Natural Language
Chatbots are designed to understand conversational language, so ask your questions naturally. Avoid over-complicating or using robotic phrasing, like “lose body fat process,” and opt for, “How can I lose body fat?”
  5. Be Open to Rephrasing or Refining
If the chatbot’s first response isn’t quite what you need, try rephrasing your question or asking for clarification. For example, if you asked, “What is the best Energy Fuel?” and the response feels too broad, you can refine your question: “Can you explain the best formula of Energy Fuel for a 2+ hour race?”

These tips can help make interactions with the Ask Coach Robb Knowledge bot more productive and enjoyable!
