Nutrition & Hydration

Welcome to the Members Only Nutrition & Hydration section of your CRS Membership! As a physiologist and human performance coach, there isn’t a day that goes by when I’m not asked about nutrition and performance, which is why it is an integral part of our coaching programs. In this section, you will find plethora of resources designed to answer all of your questions and frustrations relative to performance and nutrition, including meal plans, recipes, and articles. I’ve also created nutrition-specific videos which can be found in the Video Vault, so please be sure to check those out. We have divided our content into the five areas of frustration I hear most – Post Injury, Improve Energy, Drop Body Fat/Build Muscle, Race Day Nutrition, and Daily Nutrition.
