Thank you for taking a few minutes to look at the Complete Racing Solutions Membership area. This program is unlike any other membership program on the market today and I want to explain to you why. First and foremost, our training programs are divided into three levels based on how much riding you can do throughout the week. Our Full-Time program is designed for those who have full access to a track and the ability to ride 3-4 times a week. The Weekend Warrior is designed for individuals who mainly ride on the weekends, and our Fitness program is geared toward individuals with no access to a track but who still want to maintain their fitness. The beauty of how our membership is set up is that because this is a self-paced program, you have the flexibility to move from one level to another if your conditions or circumstances change. For example, let’s say you choose the Weekend Warrior program but want to take a few months off from riding. You can simply click on the Fitness tab and start following those protocols until you are ready to get back on the bike.
NEW to the CRS Membership is our Express Training designed for those with busy schedules. These quick and effective training protocols ensure maximum cross training productivity in 30 minutes or less. Available NOW for all three Member levels of training.
Our training plans are extremely comprehensive, easy to follow, and developed in phases. This is not a generic spreadsheet, but a proven process and plan designed for incremental improvements. Each week’s protocols include day-to-day directions on what to do on and off the bike from sunrise to sunset integrating performance, nutrition, strength and conditioning, flexibility, and mental development. Our plans include functional strength and functional range of motion workouts to optimize strength to weight ratios for improved biomechanics and strength to keep the bike from throwing you around. Our nutritional resources will help you build a customized nutrition and hydration strategy to build muscle, drop that unwanted fat, and have enough energy so that you don’t bonk during a race no matter what the duration is. It is also important to note that as you progress through the program your training will never become stagnant and you will never repeat a phase. New phases and protocols will be added weekly, along with new resources and videos.
In addition to these elements, I will host a live Q&A webinar twice a month. This gives members a chance to ask questions relative to any element of the program. These webinars will be recorded, archived and made available to all members.
