In July 2019 Coach Robb and CRS traveled to Australia to host camps at Wollongong Motorcycle Club’s Mount Kembla Track and at the Holbrook Motorcycle Sports Club. This was a unique opportunity to work with some of the fastest riders in Southern Australia focusing on bike stability, proper body position, and the invaluable importance of mental mindset. Hear from some of our camp participants in this short video where they tell us what they enjoyed most about the CRS Riding and Performance Camp.
Watch Coach Robb coaching Ryan Dungey on this CBS special. This is a brief example of the methodology that will be shared with all camp participants.
INTERNATIONAL RIDING AND PERFORMANCE CAMPS
ARE YOU READY TO IMPROVE YOUR SPEED AND ENDURANCE ON THE BIKE?
Join internationally recognized Complete Racing Solutions (CRS) and Coach Robb for a return trip to top motocross tracks down under in 2023. During these 2-day camps, Coach Robb will partner with local riding coaches to bring a comprehensive approach to riding, on and off the track.
Coach Robb has worked with some of the sports’ top professionals and amateurs including Ryan Dungey, Adam Cianciarulo, Jeremy Martin, Jordan Bailey, Logan Best, Josh Guffey and Seth Hammaker, to name a few. His vision is to develop good racers into championship level racers by providing amateur riders all over the world to the same CRS Blueprint of Success Performance Program implemented with top amateurs and professionals over the last 35 years. Improving rider’s speed, strength, endurance, flexibility and mental preparation to handle the physical and mental demands of racing continues to be the focus of CRS and Coach Robb.
Too many riding coaches overlook the fundamentals associated with human physiology and how they interact with the physics of a motorcycle. What does it really matter whether you use one or two fingers on the front brake? Have you ever been taught WHY the front brake is so important? Any riding coach can tell you not to dab your foot, but have you ever been instructed HOW to offset inertia to keep your foot up no matter what? Has your riding coach told you that you need to drive the bike deeper into the corners, but you can’t KEEP your bike from bouncing around underneath you?
After you attend a CRS Riding & Performance Camp, you will understand WHY you are struggling with the fundamentals of starts, cornering, jumping, braking & acceleration bumps. You will learn that stiffer suspension and faster motors will actually make you fatigue faster if you don’t understand these fundamentals!

In January 2020 CRS returned to Northern Australia to host a Level 1 Riding & Performance Camp specific to motocross and Enduro riders. We had the privilege to work with 12 riders from across the Top End, focusing on line choice, bike stability, and the integration of human physiology and the laws of physics associated with the motorcycle.
