Join internationally recognized Complete Racing Solutions for a 9-week program dedicated to training riders on and off-the-track for optimal performance peaking at the Daytona Amateur Supercross race, JS7 Freestone Spring Championship, Spring A Ding @ Underground MX, and Loretta Lynn’s Area Qualifiers. Unlike any program out there, this format will use a scientifically-proven method of balancing volume and intensity on and off-the-track, and provide analytics to avoid performance plateaus, excessive fatigue, illness, and injury, while ensuring your athlete’s performance is peaking at the right times. Not paying attention to this balance can lead to career ending situations such as concussions, severe injury, and blood related diseases (i.e. Epstein Barr, chronic fatigue, and Addison’s Disease). This format will allow for unparalleled individualized attention providing racer-specific instructions based on their current and potential individual capabilities and frustrations.
CRS Elite Coach James Hunkler will oversee the day-to-day implementation of on-the-track skills and drills to enhance sprint speed and endurance. He will also provide speed and technique analysis through video and radar devices to ensure the rider is comfortable on the motorcycle.
Cloverhill Racing Services will be brought in three days per training hub (dirt-type specific) to help both riders and their parents understand how to set the bike up for proper balance and optimum performance as dirt type and conditions change throughout the day.
CRS Human Performance Coach Robb Beams will provide nutrition and athletic analytics through a weekly report card to show riders’ improvements from week to week. Through a weekly call, he will make sure that both the rider and the families have a better understanding of the ancillary elements associated with health and peak performance. These subjects will include nutrition, hydration, strength training, flexibility, and mental development.
This unique combination of on-the-track skills with off-the-track concepts will guarantee that your rider will come away with improved speed, endurance, enhanced techniques, and mental confidence going into our peak races.
