Collectively, Coach Robb and his team have developed a complete training program integrating performance, nutrition, functional strength, flexibility and mental development to handle the physical and mental demands of racing.
Your racing program will have you working at specific intensities and durations to avoid becoming over trained or overwhelmed with too much volume and/or intensities and allow you to reap the rewards of faster opening lap sprint speeds, improved late moto endurance, and a mental mindset to lead from the front.
Elite Level
DESCRIPTION
- This level of coaching requires a commitment of 15-20 hours a week to reap the full benefits. If you are dedicated and serious about achieving your true potential, the Elite Level Coaching Program is designed for you.
PRICING
$600 per month (USD)
Note: There is a one-time $200 development fee to produce your personalized digital performance report card charged on the first month of the program.
No Long Term Contracts
Note: $600 fee is charged the first day of each month on a credit card and requires a 60 day written notice of cancellation

CRS Membership
DESCRIPTION
- The CRS Membership offers three levels of coaching based on how much riding you can do throughout the week– Full-Time, Weekend Warrior, and Fitness. The program is designed to be self-paced to allow for flexibility between levels if your circumstances change mid-program. The training plans are extremely comprehensive, easy to follow, and developed in phases. This is not a generic spreadsheet, but a proven process and plan designed for incremental improvements. Each week’s protocols include day-to-day directions on what to do on and off the bike from sunrise to sunset integrating performance, nutrition, strength and conditioning, flexibility, and mental development.
